A: You do not need to bring anything to a Colour or Make-up consultation. Feel free to bring your make-up bag if you would like me to check it for correct colours. If your consultation includes Style, please bring along a few items or outfits from your wardrobe for us to look at. (An outfit that you love and get compliments for when you wear it is great as well as a few that you don't wear but don't know why.)
A: Cheque or cash are the preferred options. Credit/Debit cards can be used if you wish but unfortunately I will need to charge an additional 4% to process them.
A: No. My clients are usually lovely people who always turn up for their appointments or kindly let me know in good time if they need to cancel.
A: Parking is easy as there is plenty of space in the road. Restrictions apply between 9 and 10am and then between 3 and 4pm only. If it is likely that you will be with me at the time restrictions apply, I will give you a Visitors permit free of charge.
A: You are very welcome to bring your mum, daughter, sister, cousin, partner/husband, friend or anyone else. But not all at once! My studio is quite small and I can only fit three people comfortably at any one time. So please keep your companions to no more than two (plus you)!
A: If you have a Complete Makeover, or two of you come together for two consultations, you will get hungry! I do provide cheese and biscuits as well as beverages to keep you going. however if you would like to bring your own sandwiches, I will be happy to provide plates etc. (Health and Safety rules prevent me from preparing food for you myself.)
Q. What are your hours of work?
A. I work Tuesdays to Saturdays inclusive. Times are flexible but generally speaking consultations can be started any time between 10am and 3pm. Colour consultations need to take place during daylight hours in order to clearly see the effect colours have on your face.
